On 3.08.2014 #genocide_against the #Yazidi people, #ISIS the #Islamic_brutal_terrorists attacked the #Yazidi people, kidnapped girls and beheaded older, even younger men, Islamic terrorists raped #Yazidi women even younger girls between 8 to 20 years of age, right now the same genocide against the #Druze is going on in Syria..

The #Yazidi_Genocide was perpetrated by the Islamic terrorist State in Iraq and Syria between 2014 and 2017. It was characterized by massacres, genocidal rape, and forced conversions to Islam..

The Yazidi genocide refers to the systematic killing, enslavement, and displacement of Yazidis by the Islamic  terrorist State of Iraq and  Syria the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS or Daesh), primarily beginning in August 2014. This atrocity was centered around the Sinjar region in northern Iraq, where a large portion of the Yazidi population lived.

Who are the Yazidis?

An ethnoreligious group with ancient roots, primarily Kurdish-speaking.

Practice a unique monotheistic religion with elements from Zoroastrianism, Islam, Christianity, and other ancient beliefs.

Historically persecuted due to misconceptions about their beliefs.

What happened?

On August 3, 2014, ISIS launched an attack on Sinjar.

Thousands of Yazidis were killed, and mass graves have since been uncovered.

Around 7,000 Yazidi women and girls were captured and sold into sexual slavery or forced marriages.

Many boys were forced to convert to Islam and become child soldiers.

Over 400,000 Yazidis were displaced, fleeing to Mount Sinjar and other regions.

📜 International Recognition

In 2016, the United Nations formally declared the attack a genocide, citing ISIS’s intent to “destroy the Yazidis as a group.”

Several countries, including Germany, the UK, Canada, and the U.S., have also recognized the events as genocide.

📌 Current Situation

Thousands of Yazidis remain displaced, often living in camps.

Many women and children are still missing or unaccounted for.

Survivors face trauma, stigma, and lack of support in rebuilding their lives.

Nadia Murad, a survivor and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, has become a leading advocate for justice and awareness.

⚖️ Justice and Accountability

Some ISIS members have been prosecuted in Iraq and abroad.

In 2021, a German court convicted an ISIS fighter of genocide, in a landmark case.

Calls continue for more robust international mechanisms to address war crimes and offer reparations to victims.

If you're looking for something specific—such as survivor testimonies, legal cases, or efforts to rebuild Yazidi communities—I can help with that too.

When a female ISIS member proudly announces that her husband has a Yazidi captive, she's not just insulting a human being... she's trampling on every concept of human rights.

This isn't the wife of a jihadist; she's a false witness to a crime against humanity.

She laughs as she talks about the enslavement of a woman, kidnapped from her home, raped, and considered "sexual property" in the name of religion.

Where is the conscience? Where is the law? Where is a minimum of humanity?

The Yazidi woman has dignity, a name, and is not a captive. Anyone who boasts about her captivity should be tried as a war criminal, not given a platform.

This isn't religion...this is depravity, and the legitimization of slavery under a false banner.

.

The ISIS women who talk about slaughtering infidels and killing those who neglect prayer without hesitation… are not just victims of an ideology; they are partners in creating hell.

Their tongues drip with blood, their minds are filled with sacred hatred, and their chests are filled with a fire that will only be satisfied by corpses.

The tragedy? This same mentality, the same mentality, now controls Syria: a turban that issues fatwas for killing, a woman who raises people to slaughter, and an authority that covers up all this destruction under the guise of religion, sect, or resistance.

When someone with an opinion is threatened with the guillotine, someone who neglects prayer is a dead end, and people are categorized according to their prayers, not their humanity… know that you are living under ISIS rule, even if it changes its name and slogan.

They won't offer a homeland… they will offer a cemetery

This is not a video… This is a document of human shame.

Their laughter at the "slave market" is not only a moral decadence, but a vivid embodiment of a brutality devoid of all human dignity. They speak of women as if they were spoils of war, as if pain has no voice, and as if rape is a daily detail in their frenzied system.

What we see in this video is not a passing event, but rather a reflection of a sick ideology nurtured on fatwas, excommunication, and the legitimization of captivity. This filthy laughter is not only at the expense of Yazidi women, but also at the expense of the conscience of the world, which has chosen to remain silent.

These are not human beings… Rather, it is evidence of how extremism creates monsters who feed on the dignity of victims and laugh.

History will not forget… But will justice prevail? Or will this scene remain part of the archive of pain, unpunished?

Sweida resident documents destruction in Druze city after violent clashes with Syrian regime loyalists; 'They ask people about their religion before executing them—this is a sectarian campaign of extermination'

***
Syrian media reported new clashes on Sunday in the southern Sweida province, a stronghold of the Druze minority. According to outlets aligned with the regime of Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa, Druze armed factions attacked internal security forces operating on behalf of the regime.

One resident of the city, Muhannad Shahab al-Din, documented the aftermath, and the images speak for themselves.

The clashes reportedly took place near the village of Tel Hadid in the western part of the province, considered a strategic vantage point overlooking several villages. Reports claim Druze fighters seized the area, in what authorities called “a clear violation" of a brittle ceasefire that took effect last month after days of sectarian violence that has left over 1,300 people dead. Videos of the takeover quickly circulated on Syrian social media.

Later in the day, pro-regime channels reported the temporary closure of a humanitarian crossing east of the neighboring Daraa province, citing security concerns following “attacks by armed groups and violations of the Sweida ceasefire.”

Munir Dahir: Druze communities worldwide call on the international community to investigate atrocities by the al-Sharaa regime in Sweida, urging protection for civilians, condemnation of terror and immediate humanitarian aid

***
We, the Druze of the world, raise our voices loudly before the international community, governments and human rights organizations to expose the heinous crimes committed by the regime of Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa, known as Abu Mohammed al-Golani—formerly leader of jihadist groups Jabhat Al-Nusra and Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham—against innocent civilians in Sweida and Jabal al-Druze.

Jabal al-Druze, the land of dignity and history, has become a stage for horrific massacres carried out by these terrorist gangs: The slaughter of children and the elderly without mercy. The destruction of villages and homes and the looting of property. The forced displacement of peaceful families under threat of arms.

What kind of religion proclaims “Allahu Akbar” after killing an innocent soul?! We call on every free Muslim to publicly denounce these murderers and reject their actions, which have stained the name of Islam and turned it into a false banner for their massacres.
We demand that the United Nations and the UN Security Council open an urgent investigation and recognize the crimes taking place in Sweida as crimes against humanity.
