The Kurdistan boarder part is where the the camera is standing and ISIS are infront of course.
As you can see they are at some agreement so they are not fighting on that region.

There was also another video leaked where peshmerga were making jokes to ISIS by asking ISIS if they were fasting under ramadan, would have also uploaded that but enjoy anyways!
