Bahareh Aghaei, a lawyer at a court and a student of international law at the University of Tehran, has been detained in Qarchak Prison in Varamin for more than 7 months.

She was arrested during the protests of January 1404, was held in solitary confinement for at least 15 days, and went on a hunger strike to protest her continued indecision.

Despite the family's efforts, her temporary release on bail has not yet been possible, and the charges against her have not been clearly announced.
