The Syrian government is organizing ISIS cells to attack Iraq through these terrorists, and on the other hand, members of the Baath Party, who have changed their name to the Muslim Brotherhood, are organizing themselves in Syria, where they have declared an interim government, and a president, prime minister, and commander-in-chief of the army have also been organized in Syria. Raghad Saddam is part of these groups.
