German connection to the mass murders in Paris
Malmö / STUTTGART A criminal arms dealers in Germany did business with the converted weapons and pointed out that terrorist accomplices. After several connections to terrorist acts are now holes in Europe's gun laws to be clogged.

Six days before the terrorist mass murder in Paris was a very special gun shop in the underworld complete. Four sharp automatic weapons were shipped from Germany to France.

According to an exchange of e-mails, as the German newspaper Bild took part, went the guns to "an Arab in Paris". Seller: a 24-year old man from the small town of Magstadt near Stuttgart in southern Germany, only fifteen mil from the French border.
The interesting thing about the weapons is that from the beginning has been deactivated, or pinned. So have simple plugs in the pipes and therefore legal to possess for anyone over eighteen years in countries such as Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

The plugs are, however, easy to remove, and then the guns at the ready.

On Tuesday arrested 24-year-old after police several months surveyed him and his purchase of the founded weapons.

- He suspected that in many cases have built on weapons and partially used their own parts to get the functioning of illegal firearms, says Jan Holzner at the Stuttgart prosecutor.

- In the search of his apartment found more firearms. He should have sold weapons via the Internet, the so-called Darknet.

The study suggests business with up to sixteen guns during the period August to early November this year. The latest on 7 November.

After a few days investigation found the police investigators the man's communication with weapons buyer in Paris. Police sources to Picture believe that these weapons were among those used in the terrorist attacks on 13 and 14 November.

- There is currently only a suspicion that man has sold four assault rifles to a buyer in Paris, says Jan Holzner.

- We currently have no evidence of specific links to the attacks in Paris. But we are investigating the buyer and what has happened to the weapons.

According to Europol, 10000 enacted weapons exported from Slovakia since 2009. A series of connections between enacted weapons and terrorist attacks have been made over the past two years. Such weapons should have been in the terrorist context in several locations in southern Europe, according to Europol, which does not leave details.

A more concrete example is the terrorist murderer Ahmed Coulibaly who used a large-caliber submachine gun brand CZ26 when he killed four hostages and the police in connection with Charlie Hebdo-attacks in January. The weapon came from a store in Slovakia.

Sydsvenskan, in cooperation with Swedish Radio, could spring to buy a rifle of Kalashnikov brand in the store. We revealed then also the problem of smuggled enacted weapons is enormous, even in Sweden.

A 26 year old professional criminal in Malmö suspected to be behind the business with more than a hundred enacted pistols made sharp. Ten of them were taken by police last fall when a gang crackdown at Malmö Central Station.

In connection with our disclosure had Interior Minister Anders Ygeman a special meeting with the European Commission on this particular type of weapon. He called for uniform and stringent rules.

And last week, la European Commission presented a bill, apparently as a direct reaction to the events in Paris, several bans.

Summed up: Individuals may not carry automatic weapons, even if they are "deactivated". Additionally sharpened the perception of how "ruined" a weapon must be in order to be classified as disabled.

- Weapons that have been deactivated have been encountered during the terrorist attacks, explained commissioner Elżbieta Bieńkowska when the bill was presented last week.
