شهروند کورد به نام شاهین ناصری که شاهد شکنجه نوید افکاری در زندان بود و اولین فردی بود که عاملان این جنایات را که توسط جمهوری اسلامی ایران مرتکب شده بود به اطلاع عموم رساند ، متأسفانه توسط جنایتکاران جمهوری اسلامی دستگیر و زندانی شد. هفته گذشته و در آنجا توسط نیروهای اطلاعاتی ایران کشته شد
