Taliban terrorists destroyed the ancient fortress of Greshk

One of the most important historical monuments in the city of Greshk in Balochistan, Afghanistan was completely destroyed by Taliban terrorists.


 According to Rasanak, on Thursday, September 16th, the 1,000-year-old castle of Gereshk (Latin: Gereshk) in the Garmsir district of Helmand province was destroyed by a Taliban terrorist group.


 Greshk has been of great importance in the past due to its location and location at the confluence of the Aghndab River with the Helmand River and its water resources.


Greshk Castle was reopened twice by British forces during the British-Afghan War.


In 1996, the Taliban terrorist group blew up antiquities and looted museums. In 2001, the group attacked the National Museum of Afghanistan and destroyed several works
