The Taliban al-Qaeda terrorist group has restricted Internet access

  The Taliban terrorist group has restricted internet access in many parts of Kabul today, Tuesday, September 9, coinciding with the day of commemoration of the martyr.

A few years ago, the National Assembly of Afghanistan named September 9 as a national occasion and Martyr's Day in honor of Ahmad Shah Massoud.
