According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Monday, July 21, 2025, Mustafa Rahnama, a 47-year-old cultural activist from Shirvan, was arrested by the IRGC’s intelligence forces near the city’s University Square and transferred to an unknown location.
