Support manifesto in Gothenburg for teachers and truck drivers in Iran.
Swedish and exile militia and sympathizers to the Iranian National Resistance Council (NCRI) in Göteborg organized a manifestation on Saturday in solidarity with the truck drivers' nationwide strike in Iran since 27 September.

The participants also expressed support for teachers in Iran in connection with the celebration of teachers' day in the country. Iranian teachers have organized regime-critical demonstrations in several Iranian cities in recent times. Their protests focus on the extensive state corruption and that teachers are forced to live in poverty because they do not receive their monthly wages.

Truckers' strike continues simultaneously for the third week in a row in over 100 Iranian cities and 31 provinces. Drivers protest against undeclared working conditions, deterioration of living conditions, poor wages and state corruption. They have taken social media to pay attention to the strike and fulfill their demands.

Nevertheless, the regime and Rouhanis government spend billions of dollars to save the Assad regime in Syria as well as to support terrorist organizations, such as Hezbollah, in the Middle East. The regime also gives the Revolutionary Guard and other repressive security agencies billions of dollars to quarrel and crash the regime-critical protests that are taking place in the country since the beginning of 2018.
Swedish and exile pilgrims gathered at the Royal Sports Hall in Gothenburg called on the government to support the Iranian people's freedom struggle by breaking their silence about the regime's systematic human rights violations. They demanded that the UD condemn the recent executions and mass arrests of thousands of protesters during the growing regime-critical protests in the country.
