Noushin Jafari, a photographer and journalist, returned to prison

Nooshin Jafari, a journalist and cinema and theater photographer who had been on leave on March 18, returned to Qarchak prison in Varamin on Saturday, April 12th.

Ms. Jafari has been sentenced to a total of five years in prison on charges of blasphemy and propaganda against the regime.

This photographer and reporter was arrested on August 3, 1998 by the IRGC Intelligence Organization, and 72 days after his arrest, he was released on bail on October 13, 2009 and was released until the end of the trial.
