Many workers in those dictatorial countries.

Today a worker with Kurdish backgrounds in Turkey is treated with abusive discrimination because he or she is Kurdish. In Iran the same against Baloch workers, Arab workers also against Kurdish workers.

Congratulations to all workers in Iran and the world on the arrival of May Day, International Workers' Day, the day of solidarity and unity of workers around the world against the capitalist system.

This year, the workers and toilers of the world are welcomed on the first of May in a situation where the capitalist system in all countries of the world continues its brutal aggression against the working and toiling masses.

Intensification of exploitation, freezing of wages, increase of working hours and speed, development of rental companies and temporary contracts, increase of retirement age, employment of child labor, layoffs and unemployment of millions, intensification of sex, national, religious and racial discrimination, implementation of economic plans Based on the imposition of the burden of crisis on the working class, the redistribution of the world, occupation, sanctions, war, increasing arms race and the danger of militarism are among the characteristics of this period. A period in which the rapid change and rearrangement of forces in the capitalist world and region has faced severe challenges. In other words, the growth and development of the productive forces on the one hand and the inherent obstacles of capitalist relations on the other, deepen these contradictions and class antagonisms. It has intensified, while the emergence of social movements resulting from these contradictions opens new perspectives for the transcendence of the capitalist system in the face of the working masses and the toils of the world.

In Iran, the economic, social and political situation in the country shows rapid, sudden and inflammatory changes in the future. The ruling capitalism in Iran, in addition to the problems and complexities caused by developments, crises and conflicts of global capital, is faced with many and complex contradictions in the development and consolidation of the capitalist position in Iran. And for capital accumulation to continue, changes are inevitable that are not easily possible.

Intensifying economic and political pressures on the working class, creating numerous obstacles to their organization, repressing, arresting and imprisoning labor activists, and imposing handicrafts and government organizations in the workplace are some of the measures that the ruling class will continue to insist on this year. It is clear that the continuation of repression and organized violence against the working class that protests against these attacks and the poverty and corruption that has become widespread in the political and economic apparatus of Iran, is carried out by the ruling class and intertwined with political power to ensure capital accumulation. Therefore, the goals, slogans and in proportion to them, the forms of workers' struggles will be successful when they understand the nature of the entire ruling class and political power in Iran and determine the slogans and demands and choose the forms of their struggles from falling into the hands of various bourgeois factions and parties Refrain from affiliated currents and organizations and do not lose their class independence in their economic and political struggles.

Fighting workers

On Labor Day this year, institutions, organizations and associations affiliated with the capitalists and the government are trying to present the demands and plans dictated by the capitalists and the government as workers' demands under the pretext of Labor Day, and to prevent the demands from being made. The real political and economic life of the workers by themselves in the current sensitive situation. With the central slogan of work-housing-freedom and other economic and political demands, including the release of imprisoned workers and all political prisoners, try to hold independent protest actions. Help mobilize the maximum force to participate in independent rallies and demonstrations of workers.
