Urgent: Report: US Informs Iraqi Prime Minister of Impending Attack on Iran
Al-Sudani Warns Armed Groups: Involvement in Conflict Will Be Met with Legal Action

According to a report by "Channel 8," a media outlet based in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani has informed leaders of the "Coordination Framework" that the US government has notified him of an impending attack on Iran "in the coming days." The source for this information is a political figure close to this Shia coalition, which currently holds power in Baghdad.
The source stated that Al-Sudani warned that any armed groups engaging in the conflict would face legal action. Hadi al-Amiri, Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, has reportedly objected to this stance.
According to Channel 8, Kata'ib Hezbollah and Harakat al-Nujaba have not yet surrendered their weapons. Additionally, Iraq has closed the Al-Shib border crossing with Iran.
Neither the Iraqi nor the US government has confirmed this report.
