Region Asaish closed “Yazda” organization headquarters to help Yazidis in Bashor Kurdistan



The Asaish forces which belongs to PDK in Dohuk province of Iraq’s Kurdistan ordered to closure the “Yazda” organization headquarters, and stop all organization projects in displaced and refugees camps, accusing it out of the law, exercise the political activity and work at expired license, which provides assistance to Daesh victims which are minority Yazidi .
According to media sources in the Kurdistan region of Iraq the organization has been denied the accusations against the right, saying it defends the Yezidis rights everywhere in the world, in order to prevent the occurrence of another genocide, after the Daesh killing, detention and enslavement of thousands of them in the summer of 2014, in the amount of crimes to collectively exterminate, according to the United Nations.
According to the source “Yazda” organization provides humanitarian assistance and psychological services for women who were the target of crimes committed by elements of al-Daesh in their rights .
Nadia Murad who is the Yazidi activist called on Kurdish authorities to reverse the decision, which she is described it as shameful. And she demanded the “Human Rights Watch”, those are responsible to think carefully about the humanitarian consequences of the closure of the organization.
