Honduras officially opens its embassy in Jerusalem today. This is the official diplomatic mission of the fourth country in our capital!

A year ago, I agreed with Juan Orlando Hernandez, President of Honduras, to open an embassy in Jerusalem, and today we see the fruits of the work done.

I am especially proud of my wife Sarah, who promoted this step during her visit to Guatemala as part of the diplomatic mission, then during the visit, my wife and the President of Guatemala contacted the President of Honduras to negotiate the transfer of the Honduran embassy to Jerusalem.

I hope that the earlier efforts to open embassies in Jerusalem will not stop, and other countries will move their diplomatic missions to Jerusalem, the eternal capital of the Jewish people for 3000 years
