Are Erbil and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq considered part of Iraq?
Iran‑backed Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in the last 12 days (video on the left) 
attacked the Kurdistan Region of Iraq 256 times with drones and missiles.
Not one of these attacks has been condemned by the Iraqi government or parliament.
But yesterday the US targeted Hashd al‑Shaabi in Iraq, and the entire Iraqi government condemned the attack.
