Kurd Alarm reported via telegram at  

 Iran media close to IRGC reporting:
 “Iran-backed proxy, which they call the ‘Iraqi Resistance,’ has agreed to a 24-hour ceasefire in Baghdad only, to allow the complete withdrawal of US and NATO forces from the Victoria Base in Baghdad.
Some officials remain in the northern Kurdish areas, where the ‘Iraqi Resistance’ will continue targeting them until US and NATO forces have completely withdrawn from all areas of Iraq.”
