Hasti Amiri and Zia Naboi, student activists protesting the serial poisoning of students went to Evin prison to endure imprisonment.

These two students of Allameh Tabatabai University were arrested today, Saturday, April 2024   April  6   , Saturday   after going to the first branch of the Evin Prosecutor's Office and were transferred to Evin prison to serve a one-year sentence.

In July 2023, Mr. Naboi and Mrs. Amiri were sentenced to one year in prison by Branch 26 of Tehran Revolutionary Court headed by Judge Iman Afshari for the charge of "propaganda against the regime".

Because of their activities, Hasti Amiri and Zia Naboi have had a history of arrests and judicial encounters.
