According to reports received by the Human Rights Organization Hana, on Thursday, December 17, 2021, at least three Kurdish citizens from the same family, namely Zeinab Yousefpour, from Bukan County, Sufi Rostami, from Bayangan, Paveh County, and Shilan Rostami, were arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence forces.

 

According to reports received by the Human Rights Organization krh, on Thursday, December 17, 2025, at least three Kurdish citizens from the same family, namely #Zeinab_Yousefpour, from Bukan County, Sufi Rostami, from Bayangan, Paveh County, and Shilan Rostami, were arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence forces.

According to informed sources, more than ten armed officers affiliated with the Ministry of Intelligence raided the family home of these individuals in Urmia County without presenting a judicial warrant, arrested them, and transferred all three to an unknown location.

As of the time of writing this report, there is no information about the reasons for the arrest, the charges against them, and the place of detention of these citizens.

It should be noted that Fattah Yousefpour, Zeinab Yousefpour’s brother, was also arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence forces in Bukan County on November 27, 2025, and was temporarily released from the county prison after posting bail after three weeks of detention.
