A Turkish helicopter dumped in the Kurdish area and many soldiers were killed.



13 Turkish soldiers killed in helicopter crash in Şırnak

13 soldiers of the Turkish army, most of them high-ranking, were killed in what is claimed to be an accident as a helicopter crashed shortly after taking off from the 23rd Border Division Command in Şırnak province.
According to Turkish media reports, a Cougar helicopter of the Turkish army disappeared off the radar in Şenoba town in Şırnak's Uludere district. 13 soldiers including Division Commander Major General Aydoğan Aydın were on board.
