The Mustafa Nili, the lawyer of #Tomaj_Salehi, wrote that his verdict has been announced and the first branch of Isfahan Revolutionary Court has issued a death sentence. He added that according to lawyers, this decision has clear legal conflicts and we will appeal within the legal deadline.

Toomaj Salehi has been imprisoned for over a year and a half after expressing his support for the protests surrounding the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini.
Condemned for “war against God”
He was first sentenced to prison for, among other things, "spreading corruption in the world". For a period he was released on bail - and then took the opportunity to testify about the torture he has been forced to endure during his time behind bars.
Now he is instead being sentenced for "war against God" in a revolutionary court, writes TT. The previous charges remained in the verdict.
Mostafa Nili, one of Salehi's lawyers, writes on X that the verdict will be appealed.
"People's vote"
kurdish dailynews has previously spoken to Toomaj's uncle, Eghbal Eghbali, who was then living in Germany. According to him, the nephew wants to be "the voice of the people".
His crime is that he is a poet and an artist.
German parliament member and political sponsor of Tomaj Salehi, Yeh Van Rei, called the death sentence for this protesting rapper "inhumane and unacceptable" and said: "It is unbelievable how irresponsible and arbitrarily the Iranian regime treats the accused."
Referring to Salehi's previous conviction last year, he said: "There is only one point, how much the Islamic Republic is afraid of Tomaj."
The member of the German Parliament further demanded the immediate release of Tomaj and asked the people to be his voice.
