The Israeli government can establish a federal system based on an agreement with the Palestinian Authority, in which no party or faction has the right to communicate with countries that support terrorism, and the central government and the national army protect the borders.

  And the central government is the decision maker.

The formation of parties and should be under the supervision of the parliament of the central government.

Any form of violence must be agreed upon by both parties to prohibit violence.

Terrorist parties like Hamas do not have the right to advertise for the following reasons.

Because Hamas and Islamic Jihad are both terrorist and violent groups, they have no right to participate in the politics of the future government. Because these groups are harmful to their people and the people of the region.

The leaders and organizers of these terrorist groups must be under the supervision of psychologists for a long time
