human rights watch

I was once an athlete myself, and one of the principles of entering the world of sports is learning ethical principles, and anyone who does not possess these ethical principles has no right to enter the world of sports.

Sherzad Qadian's (Kurdish Lion) message to Arman
Tsarukyan after his racism: next you wanna talk Kurdistan, watch you mouth

We strongly condemn this behavior of Mr. Arman Tsarukyan

I was once an athlete myself, and one of the principles of entering the world of sports is learning ethical principles, and anyone who does not possess these ethical principles has no right to enter the world of sports. But this ideal has betrayed the ethical principles and the principles of sportsmanship, and has crossed its own ethical and human principles and has insulted them.Mr. Arman Kurds are the owners of human history, go and study the history of the Sumerians and the Kangaroos, who are the same Sumerians, because you have read history upside down. Kurds are one of the greatest deceivers of history in Mesopotamia.Maybe with this work we can do some research on your generation.

In any country, insulting an entire society and a nation is considered a crime. This gentleman named Arman Troskani insults Kurds. This is not a coincidence. There are issues behind this case.

Because he is an athlete, all Kurdish athletes have reacted to this person's insult and have given each of them their own answer to this mentally unhealthy person.

However, Kurdish athletes have never crossed the line of moral principles to insult this person's nationality. And Kurdish athletes have not done such a thing.

@arm_011 , I will show you where Kurdistan is and who a Kurd is

Things just got PERSONAL. 😳

After Arman Tsarukyan’s comments about Kurdistan and the Kurdish people, Namo Fazil fired back with a warning 😳

“Let me finish my fight and I will see you soon.” 👀

Now, the Kurdish star heads into the biggest fight of his career with even more motivation behind him as he prepares to face Jake Babian on the MVP MMA stage LIVE globally on Netflix 🔥

Saturday, May 16th

LIVE only on Netflix

Intuit Dome - Los Angeles, CA

A kurdish grandpa protected more than 100 Armenian family from Turks. My mom is Armenian, we are forever thankful to kurds. Please don't take Arman to serious

You misunderstood what he said. He never claimed that Kurdistan or Kurdish people do not exist. He simply stated the fact that Kurdish people currently do not have a fully internationally recognized independent country. Kurdish populations mainly live across Turkey, Iraq, Syria, and Iran, so his statement was factual and not disrespectful.

By using the word “gypsy,” he was not trying to insult anyone. He simply used the wrong English word because of limited language skills. What he meant was that Kurdish people are spread across different countries rather than having their own officially recognized state. His intention was not disrespectful.

You people are unfair by judging someone immediately without considering that he may have limited English skills and cannot always express himself perfectly without being misunderstood.

Instead of instantly assuming bad intentions, the only thing you should try to understand is what he actually meant. 🇦🇲💪🏻f you know anything about Kurdish history, then you already knew @namo.fazil l l was never gonna let those comments slide.

The Kurdish people have spent generations fighting to preserve their identity, culture, and homeland after being divided across multiple countries and denied their own state. So when @arm_011 made those comments on stream, this instantly became bigger than MMA trash talk.

Now an ATT teammate publicly calling him out?
Yeah… this just got VERY interesting. @big_kay52 @ninamariedaniele #kurdistan #namofazil #ArmanTsarukyan #mma #netflixsports
