Froozan Nawjavan (Islami), a Kurdish citizen, English teacher and well-known blogger from Urmia, was transferred to the women's ward of Urmia Central Prison after completing the interrogation stages in government prisons.

Froozan Nawjavan recently announced her transfer to the women's ward of Urmia Central Prison through a short telephone conversation with her family.

According to news sources, despite the completion of the preliminary investigation, the investigation branch of the Urmia General and Revolutionary Court has not agreed to the bail and temporary release of Froozan Nawjavan and has issued an extension of her detention.
He was denied access to a lawyer and interviews with his family during his detention.
