Pompeo: The removal of the Houthis from the list of terrorism as a gift to terrorism to Iran by the Iranian administration of Joe Biden, His Highness Ayatollah Baydon. Former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that removing the Houthis from the terrorism list is a "gift to the Iranians" and "will allow the Houthis to continue fomenting terrorism" around the world, according to "Russia Today." In detail, Pompeo made it clear that the United Nations welcomes Washington's intention to cancel the inclusion of the Houthis from the list of terrorism, and said in a tweet on his account on "Twitter": "It is a fact that Iran sponsors the Houthis. It is a fact that the Houthis practice terrorism."

He added, "The truth is that abolishing the terrorist designation of the Houthis is a gift to the Iranians, and will allow the Houthis to continue to incite terrorism around the world."

Stephan Dujarric, a spokesman for the United Nations, announced that the United Nations welcomed Washington's plan to cancel the United States' designation of the Yemeni Houthi group as a terrorist organization.

"We welcome the declared intention of the American administration to cancel the classification, because it will provide massive relief to millions of Yemenis who depend on humanitarian aid and commercial imports to meet their basic survival needs," Dujarric said.
