Following an Israeli airstrike on a military facility near Dizel Abad Prison, the explosion wave reached the inside of the cells, causing panic among the prisoners unaware of the Israeli attacks.

As a result of the riot caused by fear and ignorance of the current situation, the regime’s security forces instead of controlling the situation opened fire on the prisoners with firearms.

At least 15 prisoners were killed and more than 30 were injured.

The injured have been transferred to Imam Reza and Taleghani hospitals.
