Tara Farhangian, a 21-year-old student from Qorveh and one of the detainees of the January 1404 protests, has been sentenced to a total of one year of imprisonment, 31 lashes, two years of exile to Zabol, and a fine of 120 million Tomans.

Tara Farhangian, a 21-year-old student from Qorveh and one of the detainees of the January 1404 protests, has been sentenced to a total of one year of imprisonment, 31 lashes, two years of exile to Zabol, and a fine of 120 million Tomans.
According to a report received by the Human Rights Organization Hengaw, these sentences were recently issued by the Criminal Court and Revolutionary Court of Qorveh and communicated to Farhangian. She is a student of the Physical Education Department at the University of Hamedan.
According to this report, Branch 102 of the Criminal Court of Qorveh has sentenced Farhangian to one year of imprisonment and 31 lashes on charges of “disturbing public order and peace” and “disobeying officers while on duty.” She has also been sentenced to two years of exile to the city of Zabol in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
The Revolutionary Court of Qorveh has also sentenced Farhangian to pay a fine of 120 million Tomans to the state treasury. This verdict was issued in connection with the charges of “propaganda against the system” and “gathering and colluding to commit a crime against internal security.”
Tara Farhangian was arrested by security forces during the protests in January 1404 and was temporarily released after posting bail.

بەپێی ڕاپۆرتی گەیشتوو بە ڕێکخراوی مافی مرۆڤی هێنگاو، ئەم حوکمانە لەم دواییانەدا لە لایەن دادگای تاوان و دادگای ئینقلابی قوروە دەرکراون و بە فەرهەنگیان ئاگادار کراونەتەوە. خوێندکاری بەشی پەروەردەی وەرزشە لە زانکۆی هەمەدان.
بە پێی ئەم ڕاپۆرتە، لقی ١٠٢ی دادگای تاوانەکانی قوروە، بە تۆمەتی “تێکدانی نەزمی گشتی و ئارامی” و “نافەرمانی ئەفسەران لە کاتی ئەرکدا” بە ساڵێک زیندانی و ٣١ قامچیی بە فەرهنگیان مەحکووم کردووە. هەروەها لە شاری زابۆڵی سەر بە پارێزگای سیستان و بەلووچستان دوو ساڵ دەربەدەریشی بەسەردا سەپێنراوە.
هەروەها دادگای ئینقلابی قوروە سزای غەرامەکردنی 120 میلیۆن تومان بۆ خەزێنەی دەوڵەت بەسەر فەرهەنگیاندا سەپاندووە. ئەم حوکمە لە پێوەندی لەگەڵ تۆمەتی “پڕوپاگەندە دژی سیستەم” و “کۆبوونەوە و هاوکاری بۆ ئەنجامدانی تاوانێک دژی ئاسایشی ناوخۆ” دەرچووە.
تارا فەرهەنگیان لە کاتی ناڕەزایەتییەکانی مانگی یەکی ساڵی ١٤٠٤ لەلایەن هێزە ئەمنییەکانەوە دەستگیرکرا و دوای پۆستکردنی کەفالەت بەشێوەیەکی کاتی ئازادکرا.
