Our forces have conclusively proven that the source of the rocket fire on the Al-Jamiliya and Al-Razi neighborhoods is the Damascus al qaeda government.

Confirmed field evidence leaves no room for doubt that factions loyal to the Damascus government carried out the shelling of the residential building in the Al-Jamiliya neighborhood of Aleppo. This is based on the identical location of the target and the direction of the launch.

It has been definitively proven that the shelling originated from positions belonging to these factions, located in the area of ​​the Military Court. The positioning of artillery pieces at the well-known "Computer Annex" in Aleppo has been documented.
