Kurdish journalist who is monitoring ISIS activity on the ground has warned:

Sinjar and Yazidi are at risk.

ISIS is currently distributing weapons such as RPGs, DShK and BKC/PKM machine guns, light weapons, motorbikes, and money to locals in the following areas: Tel Brak, Tel Hamis, Tel Kocher (al-Yaarubiah), and Shaddadi in Syria.

They are planning to declare the caliphate but are waiting for American withdrawal from Syria to complete it.

“We have been monitoring their numbers. Previously, they were in the hundreds, but now I can say the number of Islamic State fighters is in the thousands. They are preparing for a major attack and are fully coordinating with Turkey.”

The above-mentioned locations are between Iraq and Syria, and they are planning to attack Sinjar, Hasakah, and Qamishlo.
