Iran is one of the countries reporting intelligence in Sweden. It is no secret that the Iranian Embassy in Stockholm maps, monitors, harasses and threatens people with Persian background in Sweden, including opposition and refugees. The Iranian regime also continues to expel Sweden for espionage and emergency operations daily, according to a report from the Security Police SÄPO in June.
Belgian and French authorities stopped a well-planned bomb attack against the Iranians' big gathering for a free and democratic Iran in Paris on June 30, FFFI wrote in a statement on July 9th.
An Iranian diplomat terrorist, Asdollah Assadi, and five other people were arrested in Belgium, France and Germany for suspicious connections to the planned attack, according to a joint statement by the Belgian Federal Public Prosecutor and Security Service.
Hundreds of Swedish and exile riots were found among tens of thousands of Iranians from all over the world who had gathered in Paris on June 30 to support Iran's ongoing protests against the Iran regime and their legitimate resistance movement, the Iranian National Resistance Council (NCRI). Hundreds of parliamentarians, prominent politicians, former ministers and human rights lawyers from Europe, the United States and the Middle East also participated in the gathering.
The participants demanded that the government condemn the Iranian regime's terrorist activities against opposition in Europe and espionage against Swedish and exile riots in Sweden.
They also demanded that the UD call the regime's ambassador to Stockholm to protest against the planned bombing of opposition in Paris, as well as espionage and influence operations in Sweden, among other things against Swedish and exile riots.
The participants called on the government and the UD to reduce diplomatic relations with Tehran by expelling the Tehran regime diplomats from Sweden and closing the embassy's embassy in Stockholm in the light of the threat to Swedish and exile and regime critics.
