Rejection of Haidar Ghorbani's request

Branch 27 of the Supreme Court rejected the request of Haidar Ghorbani, a political prisoner sentenced to death, regarding the application of Article 477 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Following the rejection of this request, his case was sent to the Kamyaran City Prosecutor's Office.
