📍 The sentences were issued without a fair trial, based on confessions made under torture.

🟥 Rozgar Babamiri | 42 years old | from Bukan

He was arrested in Bukan on 17 April 1402 and transferred to Urmia. He was subjected to enforced disappearance for a long time. Rozgar was active during the “Genes, Life, Freedom” uprising to deliver medicine and help the wounded.

Charges: Moharebeh, rebellion, membership in terrorist groups, aiding and abetting murder

Sentences: 2 executions + 30 years in prison (15 years for membership, 15 years for abetting murder)

🟥 Pejman Soltani | 30 years old | from Bukan

He was arrested on 16 April 1402. He had previously been sentenced to death in another case. Among those arrested during the nationwide uprising, he was denied access to an independent lawyer.

Charges: Moharebeh, rebellion, membership in terrorist groups

Sentences: 3 executions + 15 years in prison

🟥 Soran Ghasemi | 28 years old | from Bukan

He was arrested at the same time as Pejman, on 16 Farvardin 1402. He was charged for helping the injured during the protests.

Charges: War, rebellion, membership in terrorist groups, aiding and abetting murder

Sentences: 3 executions + 25 years and 1 day in prison (15 years for membership, 10 years and 1 day for aiding and abetting murder.

🟥 Kaveh Salehi | 40 years old | from Bukan

Arrested on 16 April 1402. He was under pressure during the interrogation process but was acquitted of the charge of aiding and abetting murder.

Sentences: 3 executions + 15 years in prison

🟥 Tifour Salimi Babamiri | 47 years old | from Bukan (detained in Baneh)

Arrested in Baneh in March 1401 without a court order. He is one of the first people arrested in this case. He is currently free on bail of 5 billion Tomans.

Charges: War, rebellion, membership in terrorist groups

Sentences: 1 execution + 15 years in prison
