The order to kill female doctors was given by  terrorist  and #misogynistic_Qais_Khazali, the Iraqi Minister of Education, who is an Iranian-born person affiliated with Ali Khamenei and receives orders from Iranian mullahs.And Qais Khazali is one of those who is an accomplice and thinker of #misogynistic_Asaad_al-Aidani, who said in a television interview that Iraq is Shiite Iraq, there will be no more Sunnis and Kurds.
