A misogynistic man has brutally murdered his 17-year-old daughter, Fatemeh Soltani, in Iran.
♦️Father of Fatemeh Soltani’s defense in court; “I wish for death”
🔹The father of Fatemeh Soltani, a 17-year-old girl who lost her life in Islamshahr last year, was tried today in Branch 13 of the Tehran Provincial Criminal Court.
🔹Fathemeh’s mother requested retribution for her husband in court, saying that she knew in advance that retribution would not be applied due to the laws related to the case. She also emphasized that her husband had not paid for the house for years and that the house had been in her name from the beginning.
🔹In his defense, the defendant claimed that he had no intention of harming his daughter and that after an argument and in a fit of anger, he attacked her with a sharp object. He considered his wife the main cause of the collapse of his life and said in his final defense: “I regret what I have done, I wish for death and I no longer have any motivation to live.”
🔹In contrast, Fatima's mother's lawyer stated that the defendant went to her daughter's workplace with full knowledge and after inflicting multiple blows, he also took other measures to ensure her death.
🔹The defendant's lawyer also requested that the charge be changed from premeditated murder to quasi-premeditated murder, citing his client's mental and physical condition. The court's verdict will be issued at the appointed time.

♦️باوکی بەرگری فاتمە سۆڵتانی لە دادگا؛ “ئاواتم بۆ مردن دەخوازم”
🔹ئەمڕۆ لە لقی ١٣ی دادگای تاوانەکانی پارێزگای تاران، باوکی فاتمە سۆڵتانی کچێکی تەمەن ١٧ ساڵ کە ساڵی ڕابردوو لە شاری ئیسلامشار گیانی لەدەستدا.
🔹دایکی فاتمە لە دادگا داوای تۆڵەسەندنەوەی هاوسەرەکەی کرد و وتی کە پێشوەختە زانیویەتی کە بەهۆی یاساکانی پەیوەست بەو دۆسیەیە تۆڵەکردنەوە جێبەجێ ناکرێت. هەروەها جەختی لەوە کردەوە کە هاوسەرەکەی ساڵانێکە پارەی خانووەکەی نەداوە و خانووەکە هەر لە سەرەتاوە بە ناوی ئەوەوە بووە.
🔹تۆمەتبار لە بەرگریکردنەکەیدا ئیدیعای کردووە کە هیچ نیازێکی نەبووە زیان بە کچەکەی بگەیەنێت و دوای دەمەقاڵە و لە توڕەییدا بە شتێکی تیژ هێرشی کردووەتە سەر کچەکەی. هاوسەرەکەی بە هۆکاری سەرەکی داڕمانی ژیانی خۆی زانی و لە دوا بەرگریدا وتی: پەشیمانم لەوەی کردوومە، ئاواتەخوازم بۆ مردن و چیتر هیچ پاڵنەرێکم نییە بۆ ژیان.
🔹بە پێچەوانەوە پارێزەری دایکی فاتیمە ڕایگەیاندووە کە تۆمەتبار بە ئاگاداری تەواوەوە چووەتە شوێنی کارەکەی کچەکەی و دوای لێدانی چەندین لێدان، ڕێوشوێنی دیکەی گرتووەتەبەر بۆ دڵنیابوون لە مردنی کچەکەی.
🔹پارێزەری تۆمەتبار هەروەها داوای کردووە کە تۆمەتەکە لە کوشتنی بە ئەنقەستەوە بگۆڕدرێت بۆ کوشتنی نیمچە ئەنقەست، بە ئاماژەدان بە باری دەروونی و جەستەیی موکلەکەی. بڕیاری دادگا لە کاتی دیاریکراودا دەردەچێت.
