With the continuation of airstrikes and the hitting of parts of Evin Prison, concerns about the lives of prisoners have increased; this is while the judiciary’s resolution 211 for the release or transfer of prisoners in wartime conditions has still not been implemented
Iranian Center for Human Rights, Friday, 14 Farvardin 1405 – Reports from around Evin Prison indicate that explosions have been heard and smoke seen from the bombing in this area; an issue that has increased the concern of the prisoners’ families. While prisoners are kept in crowded buildings during wartime conditions with no possibility of shelter, the judiciary’s resolution 211, which was approved to protect the lives of prisoners in emergency situations, has still not been implemented and the prisoners are practically defenseless and at risk.

According to videos posted on social media, the area around Evin Prison has been targeted by bombardment, and residents in the area have reported hearing several explosions and seeing smoke around the prison. This situation has caused great concern for the prisoners' families.
