The silence towards Iran is over! 🔥
A decision from the central leadership of the Peshmerga forces within the Kurdistan Alliance:
🔸 The restriction on the armed activities of the Peshmerga ends.
🔸 We are no longer bound by the demands to limit our military activities.
🔸 Despite the ceasefire, the Islamic Republic of Iran continues its drone and missile attacks.
🔸 Therefore, we see self-defense as our legitimate right.
🔸 We no longer accept these attacks and will respond to them.
🔸 All options are at our disposal to respond to Iran's attacks.
🔸 So far, we have respected the security agreement between Iraq and Iran.
🔸 However, Iran has violated this agreement, and we are therefore no longer bound by it.
🔴 Qaani threatens Kurds with attacks in Baghdad!
🔴 Ismail Qaani, commander of the Revolutionary Guards' Quds Corps, has strongly rejected Iraq's demand from Baghdad and threatened to intensify attacks on eastern parties in the Kurdistan Region.
🔴 Meeting with Iraqi intelligence: According to French radio (Monte Carlo), the hidden purpose of Qaani's visit to Baghdad was not the government issue, but a meeting with (Qassem al-Araaji), National Security Advisor and (Hamid Shatri).
🔴 Rejection of Baghdad's request: In the meeting, Iraqi officials called on Iran to stop its attacks on Kurdish parties. But Qaani has flatly rejected the request, threatening that not only will they not stop, but the Revolutionary Guards will continue their attacks.
🔴 Expansion of the security agreement: Qaani has called for the security memorandum of understanding signed between Iraq and Iran last year, a stage "advance", so as to give Tehran more power and justification to attack any force it considers its opponent.
🔴 Exploiting the war: Along with the great war between Iran and the United States and Israel, the Revolutionary Guards and militias continue to take advantage of the situation to attack civilians and institutions in the Kurdistan Region.
