The son of the former governor of Dersim, Mustafa Türkay Sonel, has confessed to a friend that he shot Gülistan Doku in the head.

 

Gülistan has been missing since January 5, 2020. The son is alleged to have sexually abused the girl, and when it was discovered that she was pregnant, he is said to have killed her. State power was abused to cover up this murder:

The medical director deleted all data from the system, while the governor's security detail allegedly buried the girl and took her SIM card. With the help of a police officer from the IT department, her cell phone was also unlocked and important messages deleted.
