ANF - AMED
48 Yezidi families who have managed to reach North Kurdistan after fleeing the savagery perpetrated by the so-called Islamic State gangs in Sinjar have been accommodated in Çınar district of the main Kurdish city Amed.

The families who are mainly made up of women, children and elders have been provided shelter at the building of Çınar Municipality's wheat market.
The first thing Yezidi refugees did after entering the building was to call their relatives who are sheltered in Yenişehir and Bismil districts of Amed.
Workers of the Çınar Municipality and Council members accompanied one person from each family during their visit to their relatives in other camps in Amed.
