Weird tanks and vehicles by Kurds

It was reported by some al-nusra fighters that they saw weird shaped tanks when they fought the Kurds in Syria in 2013. The turkish newspaper in Ankara revealed that... some German scientist were helping the Kurds in Syria research their own type of war vehicles. So far these vehicles are only for test and not used fully in wars. 

I don't know much about weapons and vehicles, but they look scary awesome!
