این توافق در سال 2017 صورت گرفته است و در مال ژوئن سال 2017 این دو دولت بر اساس توافق فی مابین با  این توافقات کار کرده اند..یک مقام رژیم ایران گفته طبق توافقی که در ال ۲۰۱۷ با دولت سوئد داشته است دولت سوئد مقامات ایرانی را راهنمای کرده برای قطع کامل انیترنت و تلفن در داخل ایران .. ما میخواهیم از دولت سوئد تشکر کنم  برای راهنمای جهت تجربیات گرانباهی خود برای  مقابله با اختشاشگران. طبق توافقی که در ال ۲۰۱۷ با دولت سوئد داشته است دولت سوئد مقامات ایرانی را راهنمای کرده برای قطع کامل انیترنت و تلفن در داخل ایران ..
