Kordpur borthers have been tried for the second time.

The second session of Masoud and Khosro kordpour`s trial, the Mokrian News Agency`s administrator, was held on September 17 and defendants were acquitted of two main charges of the case.

Abbas Jamali, the defendant`s attorney, told to HRANA reporter that his clients is acquitted of “offence to supreme leader” and “collusion against regime” charges.

He pointed that the atmosphere of court was reasonable and said: “The arbiter of the court announced the verification incapability against propagandize allegation. Also, inquiry from intelligent service and national security would give a clue regarding collusion allegation”.

Despite the request for putting bail till next session of the court on late September by the attorny, these journalists will remain in custody.
