According to a verdict issued on June 13 by the First Branch of the Mashhad Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge Gholamreza Akbari Moghadam, and communicated to the citizen, she was sentenced to four years in prison on the charge of “gathering and colluding against national security” and one year in prison on the charge of “propaganda against the system.”

Taybeh Nazari, Maryam Arvin’s mother, is a young lawyer who was arrested in Sirjan during the “Women, Life, Freedom” protests in 1401 for her legal defense of detainees and died under suspicious circumstances some time after her temporary release.

بر اساس حکمی که در تاریخ ۲۳ خرداد از سوی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب مشهد به ریاست قاضی غلامرضا اکبری مقدم صادر و به این شهروند ابلاغ شده، او بابت اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور» به چهار سال حبس و به اتهام «تبلیغ علیه نظام» به یک سال حبس محکوم شده است.

طیبه نظری، مادر مریم آروین، وکیل جوانی است که در جریان اعتراضات «زن، زندگی، آزادی» در سال ۱۴۰۱ در سیرجان به دلیل دفاع حقوقی از بازداشت‌شدگان دستگیر شد و مدتی پس از آزادی موقت، به طرز مشکوکی جان باخت.
