 The United States has announced that it has attacked the Islamic regime’s positions in Iran. The attack came after the Revolutionary Guard Corps attacked an oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, damaging the vessel.
The US military announced that it had targeted positions in Iran in response to a drone attack on a commercial vessel in the Strait of Hormuz.

 

The US Central Command, Centcom, announced in a statement on Friday, July 25, that US warplanes had targeted missile and drone storage facilities as well as several coastal radar sites in Iran. According to Centcom, the attacks were carried out after the Singapore-flagged cargo ship MV Over Lovely was targeted by a suicide drone on June 25 as it left the Strait of Hormuz off the coast of Oman.
In its statement, Centcom held Iran responsible for the attack, claiming that the action against the commercial vessel was a clear violation of the ceasefire and jeopardized freedom of navigation in one of the most important global trade routes.
The CENTCOM statement continued, stating that the country's forces continue to coordinate and support the safe passage of commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz and have maintained their military presence in the region to ensure the full implementation of the agreement with Iran.CENTCOM conducted strikes against #Iran, June 26, as a powerful response to yesterday’s attack on a commercial ship that was transiting the Strait of Hormuz. 
Also a Kurdistan Free Life Party ( #PJAK ) representative confirmed that their forces carried out an attack against the IRGC near the city of Bane in response to yesterday’s strike on their fighters. The representative added that they will not leave any regime attacks unanswered.
