دو مرکز برای اموزشهای تاکتیکی و لوجستیکی برای هر دو گروه طالبان که عبارت هستند از داعش و القاعده در چند جای ایران نزدیک با مرز افغانستان تاسیس کرده سپاه تروریستی که القاعده  در حال بسیج کردن مخفی برای جهاد در افغانستان میباشد که هم داعش و هم القاعده  پذیرفته اند که به رهبری گروه موسوم به طالبان به جنگند تا ظاهر نشوند که غرب واکنش تند علیه این تروریستها نشان بدهد.
