🔴 Yasmine Pahlavi announced via a video that the Frankfurt police have officially informed them that they are not permitted to attend or speak at a gathering scheduled for Saturday.

 

🔴 Yasmine Pahlavi stated that her husband, Reza Pahlavi, is set to receive the 2026 Freedom Award from the Friedrich Naumann Foundation—on behalf of the Iranian people—at the historic St. Paul’s Church (Paulskirche) in Frankfurt.

🔴 According to Mrs. Pahlavi, the police intervention was not prompted by any legal violation on their part, but rather by violent threats from the Islamic Republic, which warned that innocent citizens would be targeted should he appear.

🔴 Regardless of whether or not one supports Mr. Reza Pahlavi, we must defend his right to freedom of expression. The decision by German authorities is, in all likelihood, a political one; the "security concerns" cited by the police serve merely as a pretext to enforce an anti-democratic directive that runs counter to fundamental freedoms.
