 The heinous murder of a 19-year-old woman by her husband in Khoy

"Jana Saadoui", a 19-year-old girl and mother of two from the village of Tarimish Khoy, died tragically at the hands of her husband on Tuesday, May 16, 2026.

According to local reports, Jana's husband tried to make the crime look like suicide after inflicting fatal blows; however, forensic examinations and gaps in the narratives have revealed the dimensions of this murder.

This incident has once again raised a wave of concern about the continuation of violence against women and the increase in cases of femicide in society.
