Death sentence re-issued for Warisheh Moradi by Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court.
Lawyers for Warisheh Moradi (Mirzaei) informed *Emtedad* that a death sentence has been re-issued against her by Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court; the investigations requested by the Supreme Court were not carried out.
Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court has once again sentenced Warisheh Moradi (Mirzaei) to death on the charge of "membership in a *baghi* [rebellious/insurgent] group."
Amir Sajjadi, one of Warisheh Moradi (Mirzaei)’s lawyers, confirmed this news in an interview with *Emtedad*, stating:
"Following the receipt of a notice from Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court on Tuesday, Mehr 21 [October 12], one of Warisheh Moradi (Mirzaei)’s lawyers visited the branch on Wednesday, Mehr 22 [October 13], where the verdict was served. According to the served verdict—which may be appealed to the Supreme Court within 20 days—the branch has once again sentenced Ms. Warisheh Moradi (Mirzaei) to death on the charge of membership in a *baghi* group."
Sajjadi stated: "Ms. Warisheh Moradi was never involved in any operations against the Islamic Republic of Iran; her activities were related to her struggle against ISIS in northern Syria and had no connection to the Islamic Republic of Iran."

پارێزەرانی ڤاریشە مورادی (میرزایی) لە چاوپێکەوتنێکدا لەگەڵ "ئیمتەداد" ڕایانگەیاند؛ دووبارە دەرکردنی حوکمی لەسێدارەدان بۆ "وەریشێ مورادی" لە لقی ١٥ی دادگای ئینقلابی تاران / ئەو لێکۆڵینەوە و لێکۆڵینەوە و لێکۆڵینەوانەی کە دادگای باڵا داوایان دەکرد ئەنجام نەدرا.
لقی ١٥ی دادگای ئینقلابی تاران دیسانەوە بە تۆمەتی "ئەندامبوون لە گرووپێکی یاخیبوو" حوکمی ئێعدامی بۆ "وەریشێ مورادی (میرزایی)" سەپاند.
ئەمیر سەجادی، یەکێک لە پارێزەرانی "ڤاریشە مورادی (میرزایی)"، لە چاوپێکەوتنێکدا لەگەڵ "ئیمتەداد"، ئەم هەواڵەی پشتڕاستکردەوە و ڕایگەیاند؛
"دوای پێگەیشتنی ئاگادارییەک لە لقی ١٥ی دادگای ئینقلابی تاران ڕۆژی سێشەممە ١٢ی خەزەڵوەر، یەکێک لە پارێزەرانی "وەریشێ مورادی (میرزایی)" ڕۆژی چوارشەممە ١٢ی خەزەڵوەر چووە لقی پێشوو و ئاگادارکرایەوە لەو حوکمەی کە لەلایەن ئەم لقەیەوە بۆی دەرچووە ڕاگەیەندرا. بە پێی ئەو حوکمە ڕاگەیەندراوە، کە دەتوانرێت تانە لێبدرێت دادگای باڵا لە ماوەی ٢٠ ڕۆژدا، ئەو لقەی کە پێشتر باسمان کرد، جارێکی دیکە سزای لەسێدارەدانی بەسەر خاتوو ڤاریشە مورادی (میرزایی)دا سەپاندەوە بە تۆمەتی ئەندامێتی لە گروپێکی یاخیبوو.
سەجادی وتی: خاتوو ڤاریشە مورادی بە هیچ شێوەیەک دەستی لە هیچ ئۆپراسیۆنێک لە دژی کۆماری ئیسلامی ئێران نەبووە و چالاکییەکانی پەیوەست بوون بەو هەڵمەتانەی کە پێشتر باسمان کرد دژی داعش لە باکووری سووریا و هیچ پەیوەندییەکی بە کۆماری ئیسلامی ئێرانەوە نەبووە.
