What happened at Baghdad Airport a little while ago?
A member of parliament from Karbala, "Gh. Al-Shammari," had her 20-year-old daughter take $10,000 from the house and book a flight to Istanbul without her family's knowledge. The flight was almost there.
Security authorities arrested blogger Mayada Saad Kadhim Al-Rikabi at Baghdad International Airport for her involvement in major corruption cases and embezzlement of public funds within Adnan Al-Jumaili's network.
The MP called the airport and found out her daughter's name was on the flight. What did the MP do? She called the Minister, and the Minister's office director called the Civil Aviation Authority. Security forces inside the airport were on high alert, and they turned the plane back after it had almost landed in Istanbul.
The plane returned to Baghdad Airport, and the passengers waited for two hours. The girl refused to disembark, and security forces couldn't remove her because she was an adult and there were no outstanding warrants against her. Anyway, after nearly returning from Istanbul and waiting for two hours, the plane took off again, and the MP's daughter traveled. She's in Istanbul now.

اعتقلت السلطات الأمنية البلوكر ميادة سعد كاظم الركابي في مطار بغداد الدولي، لتورطها في قضايا فساد كبرى وتبديد للمال العام ضمن شبكة عدنان الجميلي.

السيدة النائبة اتصلت بالمطار وعرفت اسم بنتها بالرحلة النائبة شسوت اتصلت بالوزير ومدير مكتب الوزير متصل على سلطة الطيران المدني، والأجهزة الأمنية داخل المطار مستنفرة، ومرجعين الطيارة بعد شبه وصولها لإسطنبول ؟؟؟
رجعت الطيارة لمطار بغداد والركاب باقين ساعتين ينتظرون البنية متقبل تنزل والاجهزة الامنية ميكدر ينزلوها لان البنية بالغة وماكو عليها اي امر قضائي
المهم بعد شبه العودة من اسطنبول وانتظار ساعتين رجعت طارت الطيارة وبنت النائبة سافرت وهسه هي باسطنبول
