The Khabat Organization was established based on the experiences and the history of the struggles that the Peshmerga of the "Office of Mamosta Sheikh Ezzeddin" led by "Mamosta Sheikh Jalal Hosseini" with courage and sacrifice as a historical necessity under the leadership of Mamosta Sheikh Jalal Hosseini and with the participation of a group of clerics, national figures and prominent fighters, and took a step towards a new stage of the national and just struggles of our people.

As a charismatic personality and a militant leader, Mamosta Sheikh Jalal Hosseini, with a deep understanding of national and religious ideals and a precise analysis of the political and social conditions of that era, was able to play an important and historic role in leading, organizing, and drafting the program and statute of the Khabat Organization, and with firm determination and belief, decided to take up arms to defend and resist oppression and dictatorship.

The 46th anniversary of the Khabat Organization is a proud achievement and the perseverance of the fighters who have recorded a history full of experience, resistance, and compassionate struggle in all stages of our people's struggle over the past five decades. It is appropriate that on this glorious anniversary, we send our greetings and salutations to the pure souls of all the proud martyrs who were martyred in the honorable path of our organization and who worked hard to achieve their goals.

۵ شهریور ۱۳۵۷ خورشیدی، در تقویم مبارزات ملی خلق کورد، به عنوان یکی از روزهای مهم و تاریخی ثبت شد و سرآغاز مرحله‌ای جدید و بااهمیت در مبارزات ملی و میهنی مردم ما در کوردستان ایران گشت.

سازمان خەبات بر پایه تجربەها و با پیشینه مبارزاتی که پیشمرگان «دفتر ماموستا شیخ عزالدین» به رهبری «ماموستا شیخ جلال حسینی» با شجاعت و فداکاری به عنوان یک ضرورت تاریخی به رهبری ماموستا شیخ جلال حسینی و با مشارکت جمعی از روحانیون، شخصیت‌های ملی و مبارزان برجسته تأسیس شد و گام به مرحله جدیدی از
مبارزات ملی و حق‌طلبانه مردم ما گذاشت.

ماموستا شیخ جلال حسینی به عنوان شخصیتی کاریزماتیک و رهبری مبارز، با درکی عمیق از آرمان‌های ملی و مذهبی و تحلیلی دقیق از شرایط سیاسی و اجتماعی آن دوران، توانست نقشی مهم و تاریخی در رهبری، سازماندهی و تدوین برنامه و اساسنامه سازمان خەبات ایفا کند و با اراده و باوری راسخ، تصمیم به حمل سلاح دفاع و ایستادگی در برابر ظلم و
دیکتاتوری گرفت.
