 The Iraqi government has allowed 15,000 Afghans to come to Iraq as part of the Arbaeen pilgrimage. The majority of these people are almost certainly sex offenders.

 15,000 Afghans entered the country for the Arba'een pilgrimage.

 

They were invited by the Al-Shahab Organization. In response, the Association of Travel and Tourism Companies commented, "Invitations should be limited to licensed companies." This implies that the Al-Shahab Organization is a non-governmental organization and is not legally permitted to invite 15,000 Afghans.

سمحت الحكومة العراقية لـ 15 ألف أفغاني بالقدوم إلى العراق لأداء مناسك الأربعين. ويُرجّح أن يكون معظم هؤلاء من مرتكبي الجرائم الجنسية.

علقت ( ان يكون حصر الدعوات بالشركات المجازة )
وهذا يعني ان منظمة الشهاب هي منظمة غير حكومية
ولا يسمح لها القانون بأن تستدعي 15 الف افغاني
